The Wellness Queue was created from a desire to make wellness feel more supportive, grounded, and sustainable in everyday life.
My approach to wellness is rooted in the belief that caring for yourself should not feel overwhelming, performative, or rooted in perfection. Instead, I believe wellness begins with awareness — learning how to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build habits that feel realistic and supportive over time.
I am a Master Certified Health Coach with a background in physical therapy and wellness education which has shaped my understanding of the connection between the body, stress, movement, and sustainable health practices. Through The Wellness Queue, I share wellness education, guided resources, and supportive coaching designed to help people reconnect with themselves in a way that feels realistic, calming, and sustainable.
This space was designed to feel quiet, grounding, and emotionally safe — a place where wellness can be approached with gentleness rather than pressure.
